Water resistance - The substrate is produced using high-density technology, with dense materials, low water absorption, and not easily deformed.
Refractory - The substrate is an inorganic material, and the decorative layer does not contain solvents. Its combustion performance reaches GB8624A1 level.
Stain resistant - The surface is flat, smooth, and large in size, reducing seams and making it less prone to contamination.
Scratch resistance - The paint film is dense, with a surface hardness of over 3H, and is not easily scratched.
Friction resistance - The paint film of UV fluorocarbon coating is sturdy, and friction with a hardness below 3H does not leave any marks.
Corrosion resistance - solvent resistant, acid and alkali resistant, salt spray resistant for over 4000 hours, three times that of ordinary fluorocarbon coatings.
Impact resistance - The substrate material is tough and stronger than similar boards.
UV resistance - exposure to sunlight, non foaming, non cracking, and non fading, making it incomparable to other coatings.
Weather resistance - The color is long-lasting, not easily discolored, and has a resistance to artificial accelerated climate aging test value of 4000 hours, which is 1.5 times that of ordinary fluorocarbon paint and 4 times that of exterior wall metal paint. Its service life can reach up to 25 years.
