1. The substrate is medium density board, with 18mm medium density board and white melamine paper pasted on both sides;

2. Perform milling for the door type selected by the customer;

3. After the milling is completed, apply a layer of sealing paint to the bottom leakage part;

4. Polish and spray white primer;

5. 2 times of polishing for coloring treatment;

6. Repeat polishing and spraying for 8-9 times;

7. Finally, a glossy paint spray is required;

8. Water polishing;

9. Polishing treatment with polishing wax;

10. If the process is properly covered, the adhesion of the paint film is very strong, not easy to fall off, and the paint film is full;

11. Fixed packaging.
